Chen, Garrison Commander Hui Chae Kim, and Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Director Patric McGuane cut the ribbon to officially reopen the mini-golf course July 26, 2018, at Pine View Campground at Fort McCoy, Wis.
