U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Carl E. Mundy III, right, passes the Marine Corps colors to Maj. Gen. Daniel D. Yoo during the MARSOC change of command ceremony, Aug. 10, 2018, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C. Yoo assumes command of the Marine Raiders after a tour leading all U.S. special operations forces in the Indo-Pacfic region.
