Soldiers from Company F, 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) from Fort Drum, N.Y., began moving a concrete foundation into place to construct an observation tower at a new battle position near Quarghuilli Village, Iraq. The battle position is being constructed to interdict the flow of al-Qaida personnel and weapons into Baghdad.
