Boy Scout Troop 514 from Ponce, Puerto Rico assisted the Environmental Division at Fort Buchanan with the planting of 20 palo de rosa seedlings at the Installation. The Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources’ Cambalache Nursery propagated the young trees from seed material collected at Fort Buchanan.
