Spc. Victor Toledo, an Army Reserve Soldier with the 388th Engineer Company in West Palm Beach, Florida, walks into a nutrition class held at the Fort Dix Timmermann theater, Aug. 13, during the Fit for Life (F2L) program. F2L is an Army reserve pilot program designed to help Soldiers who are not eligible to re-enlist due to not meeting the Army height and weight program or physical fitness standards. The program not only assist Soldiers in improving their physical fitness, nutrition and resiliency, but also enhances Army Reserve readiness and retention.
