PACIFIC OCEAN - U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Christopher Denham, sergeant major, Battalion Landing Team 3/1, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), inspects his Marine's M4 carbine aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) during a regularly scheduled deployment of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and the 13th MEU, July 31, 2018.
