Chief Master Sgt. Winfield Hinkley, Jr. gives remarks after formally accepting the senior enlisted leader position of the Alaska National Guard during an Aug. 13, 2018, change-of-responsibility ceremony at the Alaska National Guard Armory on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.
