Soldiers of the 1st Squadron, 150th Cavalry Regiment, West Virginia National Guard prepare for training during Operation Hickory Sting at Ft. Bliss, Texas, August 14, 2018. Operation Hickory Sting is the 30th Armored Brigade's exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) exercise and has over 4,000 Citizen Soldiers from North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Minnesota, and 95 Soldiers from the country of Moldova.
