Cobb, senior enlisted advisor of the 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss, lead the formation during a division-wide run August 20 on Fort Bliss, Texas to kick off Torch Week. The 1st Armored Division conducts Torch Week each year to promote unit cohesion and enhance esprit de corps across the division.
