Marine Gunnery Sgt. Robert Gibbons, an operations noncommissioned officer-in-charge, United States Forces-Iraq Advising and Training, stands at attention holding the USF-I colors during a change of command ceremony for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Training Mission-Iraq on FOB Union III, Oct. 1. The ceremony signified a change of commanders from U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Michael Ferriter to U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Robert L. Caslen Jr., and also represented the activation of the Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq. The OSC-I will continue the security assistance and cooperation relationship with Iraq to assist the Government of Iraq with advising, training, assisting and equipping their security forces.
