Chilean service members plan out their mission tactics and procedures prior to a Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure exercise at the Comando de Fuerzas Especials, simply known as "COMFUES" compound, Sept. 27, in Vina De Mar, Chile. The exercise is part of a Joint Combined Exchange Training Event between members of the COMFUES and U.S. Navy sailors assigned to a Naval Special Warfare Special Boat Team, based in Virginia Beach, Va. The four-week JCET allowed the Special Boat Team to train with their Chilean partners while assisting them build their maritime forces and capabilities.
