Joint service members render their first salutes to U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Tom Bussiere during a change of command ceremony for Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Command, Alaskan Command, and the Eleventh Air Force at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Aug. 24, 2018. Bussiere replaced U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Ken Wilsbach as commander.
