United States Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Paul Francis of the 300th Sustainment Brigade and 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) raises his right hand in from of Cpt. Michael McClain during his Aug. 17 re-enlistment ceremony. The non-commissioned officer signed an indefinite contract -- now mandatory for all Enlisted Soldiers in the grade of E6 or above -- that will take him through the remainder of his contract.
