Members of the Keesler Air Force Base Honor Guard fold the U.S. flag during a special retreat ceremony conducted, Aug. 30, 2011, in front of the Keesler Hospital to honor former 81st Medical Group commander retired Brig. Gen. Dan Locker. Locker led the "Dragon Medics" from July 1997-June 2002. This was his first visit to the hospital since his August 2002 retirement. He was in the area attending the Society of Air Force Clinical Surgeons Symposium held at Biloxi's IP Casino Resort and Spa.
