Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Cari Guida, from Buffalo, New York, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 1 Det. Guam, and members of the Timor-Leste Defense Force and the National Police of Timor-Leste conduct a briefing on evidence collection and documentation procedures during CARAT Timor-Leste 2018 at Hera Naval Base, Aug. 27, 2018. CRG 1 Det. Guam is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 75, the primary expeditionary task force responsible for the planning and execution of coastal riverine operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving engineering and construction, and underwater construction in the U.S. 7th fleet area of operations. CARAT Timor-Leste 2018 is designed to address shared maritime security concerns, build relationships and enhance interoperability among participating forces.
