Fleet Master Chief Thomas "Boats" Howard, US Fleet Forces Command (Ret), speaks to a sea of CPO selectees during the 18th Annual CPO Heritage Days training event. This annual event is hosted by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, in conjunction with local Chief Petty Officers and Nauticus.
