San Francisco Police Sgt. Philip Pera tours the brig at the bottom of the USS Bonhomme Richard, Oct. 5, 2011. Marines provided aerial transportation to 22 San Francisco emergency first responders during the first day of Fleet Week. The Navy-Marine Corps team will spend the week working with local members to strengthen military ties with the community and display its amphibious capabilities.
