Sailors with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 adjust the placement of a cement slab with the bucket of a backhoe during the construction of the Musa Qal’eh Wadi Crossing, Sept. 24. The cement slabs provide a foundation for concrete bunkers to be placed on top, allowing vehicles to drive on the foundation while the seasonal river flows beneath.
