Peruvian President Ollanta Humala speaks to U.S. Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser, Commander of U.S. Southern Command during a meeting at Peru’s Presidential Palace in Lima. Fraser conducted a four-day visit from Oct. 2 – 6 to the South American nation where he met with Minister of Defense Daniel Mora, Peruvian army Gen. Luis Howell, chief of Peru’s Military Joint Staff, and other senior military leaders to discuss future defense cooperation between the two countries.
