Spc. Michael Jones, an infantryman from Haverhill, Mass., with C Company, 3/172nd Infantry Battalion (Mountain) of the New Hampshire National Guard, fires a M320 grenade launcher, a new, more versatile grenade launcher selected to replace the U.S Army’s current issue M203 at Fort Devens, Mass., Oct. 2. Despite it being their first time firing the weapon, Jones and 20 other Mountain Company soldiers qualified to Army standard.
