IT1 Justin R. Houser, from the Naval Safety Center-Norfolk, proudly re-enlisted this afternoon aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB-64) in front of members of his family who travelled from near and far to support him. Family members were also given certificates of appreciation after the brief ceremony.
