After building a Vehicle Mounted Mine Detector, soldiers of the 1st Engineer Battalion, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, drop it into place with the assistance of their Department of the Army instructors during an operators course Sept. 14, 2011. The 1st Engineers are the first unit to field two new pieces of equipment, the Husky Vehicle Mounted Mine Detector System and the Buffalo.
