The USS Wisconsin (BB-64) and the Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted a promotion ceremony this afternoon. US Navy Cmdr. Wade Rindy, Commanding Officer of the Defense Contract Management Agency-Hampton Office, was promoted to Captain in front of his family and members of the command.
