JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 24, 2018) Cmdr. Cecilia Brown, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, performs a surgery in the hospital’s operating room. Brown, a native of Sparta, Georgia, says “Our primary mission is to achieve and maintain the dental readiness of our total active duty Navy force. Here at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic supports this mission by providing oral surgery to support the local branch clinics.
