U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Lionel Ahing, noncommissioned officer in charge, Installation Personnel Administration Center, Headquarters and Service Company, Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations-West (MCI-W), is presented the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal by Brig. Gen. Kevin J. Killea, commanding general, MCI-W, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, during the Regional and Installation Marine and noncommissioned officer (NCO) of the Quarter Ceremony at MCB Camp Pendleton, California, Aug. 31, 2018.
