The Master Sergeant Squad of the 101st Resolute Support Sustainment Brigade, 101st Airborne Division, consists of (from left to right): Master Sgt. Mark Gomez, signal support systems chief and native of San Antonio, Texas; Master Sgt. Fontella Keesee, native of Erin, Tennessee and operations NCOIC for the brigade; Master Sgt. Amy Prince, native of Statesboro, Georgia and noncommissioned officer in charge of the brigade’s supply section; Master Sgt. Kelvin Ladner, the senior human resources sergeant and native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. These four particular noncommissioned officers stand out as the epitome of what leadership is, going above and beyond their normal tasks and responsibilities to achieve the betterment of their soldiers, their brigade, and through the brigade, the betterment of the Army as a whole.
