Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III briefs competitors of the 2011 Department of the Army Best Warrior Competition on the proposed Army Physical Readiness Test. As some of the first in the Army to participate in this newly designed physical assessment, Chandler asked these warriors to express their opinion on the PRT to help the command make a “justified decision," on its implementation.
