NORFOLK, Va. (Aug. 31, 2018) Ensign Ryan Kuhn, from Snow Hill, Maryland, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) reactor department, recites the oath of office given by Lt. Cmdr. Winston Langham, also assigned to Ford’s reactor department, during his commissioning ceremony onboard the Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB 64).
