U.S. Navy Construction Builder Second Class Eli Arwood, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 2 (UCT 2), demonstrates the increased safety and operational effectiveness of the Navy Diving Computer to Thirtieth Naval Construction Regiment Commodore, Capt. Steven Stasick, and Command Master Chief Joseph Arnold during a tour onboard UCT 2 located in Port Hueneme, California, on August 24, 2018. The Naval Construction Force (NCF) provides task-tailored, adaptable, and combat effective engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Naval objectives globally and enable logistics for distributed Fleet operations.
