Student athletes of the Royals Swimming Team at the Queens University of Charlotte, participate in Marine Corps water survival training during United States Marine Corps’ 2018 Marine Week in Charlotte, North Carolina, September 6, 2018. The team participated in some basic Marine water drills, such as inflating the Marine utility uniform to make flotation devices and swimming 25 meters with rubber rifles. The Royals Swimming men and women’s teams have won first place in Division II National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Championships for the past four years.
