Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David L. Goldfein passes the Air Mobility Command guidon to Gen. Maryanne Miller, who assumed command of AMC, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Sept. 7, 2018. Miller assumed command from Gen. Carlton D. Everhart II, who retires after 35 years of service to the Air Force.
