Senior Airman Adam Azar, a Special Operations pararescueman (PJ) from 23rd Special Tactics Squadron (Red Team), ensures his gear is properly secured before rappelling down the side of a training tower at Hurlburt Field, Fla., Sept. 20, 2011. PJs perform a wide variety of training tasks every day to ensure they are capable of deploying anywhere in the world at any time via air, land or sea in order to recover and treat wounded or lost military members under extreme circumstances. Their motto "That Others May Live" reaffirms the PJ's commitment to saving lives and self-sacrifice.
