U.S. Marines with 3d Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, attached to Special
Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Crisis Response-Central Command,
prepare to board an MV-22 Osprey on to a site near At-Tanf Garrison, Syria,
Sept. 7, 2018. SPMAGTF-CR-CC Marines supported Special Operations Joint Task
Force - Operation Inherent Resolve, conducting live fire demonstrations
showcasing the unit's crisis response capabilities. The Coalition continues
to de-conflict air and ground operations with Russian military officials as
we support our partners in the lasting defeat of ISIS in Northeast Syria.
