A U.S. Air Force F-15 Strike Eagle receives an aerial refueling from a KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 28th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron during a mission in support of Operation Inherent Resolve over Iraq, Sept. 12, 2018. The KC-135 provides aerial refueling to U.S. and coalition forces in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, the NATO Resolute Support Mission and Operation Freedom's Sentinel. The F-15 Eagle is an all-weather, extremely maneuverable, tactical fighter designed to permit the Air Force to gain and maintain air supremacy over the battlefield. It can penetrate enemy defense and outperform and outfight any current enemy aircraft. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Keith James)
