The calm before the storm, part two. Pictured here are views of the Ocean View Fishing Pier and Ocean View Beach, which touches the Chesapeake Bay in the City of Norfolk. These images were captured as the waves were starting to rage and the wind and sand started to pick up. Ironically, there were a few residents out exploring before Hurricane Florence.
