Capt. Seth Freo, Frisco, Texas, discuss plans with two of his non-commissioned officers, Sgts. 1st Class Colby Keck, Ada, Okla., and Nathan Hunt, Ada, Okla., while preparing for a convoy to Iraq. While not initially trained for the Iraqi environment, the 1-180th Cav. has been working overtime to prepare itself to adjust to the new operational climate. The unit looks to draw on its extensive experience as a mounted unit to help contribute to the effort of moving the equipment that must be moved out of the country by year's end. In most ways this new task is perfectly suited for a unit of the same composition.
