Staff Sgt. Miller provides a translation for High Altitude Low Opening parachute jump calculations to Japanese Free Fall Jump Masters of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force prior to a jump at Eielson Air Force Base, AK, June 2018. The operation was part of bi-lateral training exercise Arctic Aurora in conjunction with 20th Special Forces Group.
