180914-N-HE318-1210 PHILIPPINE SEA (Sep. 14, 2018) Chief Boatswain’s Mate Kenneth Haley, from Katy, Texas, renders honor during a chief pinning ceremony aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54). The ceremony is part of a long-standing tradition that honors and recognizes the years of hard work, service and leadership of dedicated Sailors in the Navy. Antietam is forward deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
