U.S. Marine Maj. Gen. Michael Fahey, the commander of Marine Forces South, commends U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Amanda Machey, the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Southern Command’s logistics maintenance chief, on her contributions to the MAGTF’s success by the recommendation of U.S. Marine Maj. Stephen Bartoszak, SPMAGTF-SC’s logistics officer in charge. The Marines and Sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are conducting security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
