Lt. Col. Brant Hoskins, chief of staff for the U.S. Army chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear school speaks on the Joint Service General Purpose Mask and new equipment that will be fielded to CBRN soldiers in the coming years. Hoskins was the guest speaker at a CBRN conference hosted by the 23rd Chemical Battalion, held at Carey Theater Sept. 29.
