U.S. Air Force Gen. Terrence O’Shaughnessy, the Commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command conducts an interview with the Pentagon Press Corps outside the North Carolina Joint Force Headquarters to discuss how active duty units are deployed to support the local and state civilian agencies, as well as the North Carolina National Guard.
