Members of the Jordanian armed forces march outside at the Non-commissioned Officer Academy here Sept. 21. Non-commissioned officers from all branches of the JAF are a part of the effort to strengthen the Non-commissioned Officer Corps and make it the backbone of the forces. Senior non-commissioned officers from Third Army spent approximately a week talking to Jordanian leaders, interacting with service members and offering suggestions for the development of the Jordanian Non-commissioned Officer Corps. Third Army is shaping the future by building partnerships with partner nations.
