ERBIL, Iraq – Commanding general for U. S. Army Central, Lt. Gen. Michael Garrett, stopped by the Forward Logistics Element in Erbil, Sept. 13, to recognize several soldiers and present them with a coin. The FLE is comprised of multiple units that provide support to the Erbil area of responsibility, to include maintenance, postal, ammunition and much more. Garrett spoke to the soldiers and laid out the future of operations within Iraq and Syria.
