A U.S. Air Force pararescueman, assigned to the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron deployed to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, monitors an IV bag for a simulated patient aboard a U.S. Navy Coastal Riverine Squadron boat during a full mission profile training off the coast of Djibouti, Aug. 30, 2018.
