A lone U.S. Army Soldier moves through a smoke screen during training operations. Digital art was created using a scanned image of hand-drawn silhouettes, which were sharpened, refined, and flattened in Photoshop. Mountain outline was taken from photo, then altered to fit canvas size. Smoke details were added with brushes. Mountain details were digitally altered with brushes, then blurred, smeared and smoothed into a cohesive design.
