A Philippine marine medic practices a tracheotomy on a hospital dummy called Sim Man at Naval Forces West, Naval Station Carlito Cunanan, Ulugan, Palawan, Republic of the Philippines, Oct. 18. The simulation dummy was brought by the III Marine Expeditionary Force Tactical Medical Simulations Center in Okinawa, Japan, to give the Filipino military medics the opportunity to try out the new training device.
