“Sea Wolf” is a human-powered submarine that was designed by Pfc. Garrett Mastantuono, Platoon 3081, Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, and used in the International Submarine Race while he was in high school. Mastantuono graduates recruit training today as one of the Corps’ newest Marines.
