Capt. Katherine Hathaway, the Company Commander for D Troop, 1st Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division from Fort Hood, Texas, briefs the area of operation to two Slovakian Mechanized Infantry platoon leaders for the company training exercise at the Lest Military Training Area in Lest, Slovakia, Sept. 21.
This training event involves the U.S. Army and the Slovakian Army and consists of company level tactics, and force on force training to challenge the teams.
