Corps contractors install temporary power to a Hoke County water treatment facilit in Raeford, NC, Sept.15. The facility treats approxitmaly 200,000 gal of water which provides more than 500 county residence with potable drinking water. Hurricane Florence caused major power outages in the county to include this facility.
