(Sept. 15, 2018) The chief petty officer color guard parades the colors at Recruit Training Command during the fiscal year 2019 chief petty officer pinning ceremony. Sixty-two Sailors were pinned to the rank chief petty officer during the ceremony. More than 30,000 recruits graduate annually from the Navy's only boot camp.
